Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, here's how returns work:

Return Window
You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

Condition of Returns
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them, with all tags and accessories included.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in which case we'll cover the cost.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Exceptions
Items that are personalized, perishable, or marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
